How can I recover my Xbox account if I don’t have my email anymore but I remember the name tag

I apologize but we need at least the Microsoft email address in order for us to proceed with recovering the Microsoft account.

According to Xbox Support:

"Important Xbox Support can't provide this info, even if you know your gamertag."

I'm afraid only way to recover an Xbox account is via the account recovery form here https://account.live.com/password/reset

You can try all the emails you remember or if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too.

Sadly, an account cannot be recovered with the gamertag alone.

I already attempted using the form multiple times and even though the information I am submitting is valid it isn’t working this all happened when I attempted to change the email to the profile because I don’t have access to that email anymore

If i don’t have the email how else can i recover the account?

I don't have a 360 anymore to be able to check what my (Lord Sadeus tag) email was, its been several years since using that email (which yahoo.com disconnected its usability) & I can't remember it so I can transfer that tag to my xbox 1 (even tho I'm using
a different tag/email/password temp) till I can figure out how the hell I'm supposed to be able to reacquire my original tag to use on my x1. PLZ help me someone????

Check your email accounts for messages about your Xbox subscription. This can help you determine which email address is associated with your subscription.

On mobile, you can also sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/profile and verify that you are signed in to the Microsoft account you use on your Xbox console.
