How can i recover my old microsoft account when i cannot access the email used to create it

Games are tied to the account if you cannot access the old account and created a new one you will not be able to download and use the game. There is a method to change your account email. Try to recover the old account and then you can update the account

So basically I have the same problem and I’m trying to recover my old account and the number in my old account is wrong so basically I pressed the button (I don’t have any of these) and I tried to answer all the questions, but my device is blocked and I cannot login into my old account, but the problem that my email with this old account is working but say there is no option that I can recover my password from the mail that I’m using it on my old account so yeah basically I want to recover my old account but I cannot because the number there I s wrong and I really need to recover my account and again my email which is the old account. We can no longer access the old account email and therefore cannot reset the password as necessary, but just entered a request for Microsoft to change the email address on that old account so we can regain access. It seems that will be necessary to be able
to effectively use this GamerID in the future. Once this is accomplished, will follow up if we still cannot figure out how to resolve this issue.

So i created a microsoft account and redeemed a gift card code for minecraft java edition. Everything normal and i can play the game.

Recently I have changed my primary alias of my microsoft account, which is the primary email, and then i deleted my old alias. Doing this made me lose access to minecraft account. Before I could play it no problem but now it says "Play Demo" in the launcher, meaning i dont have access to it.

I hope I can recover the minecraft account with a transaction ID or revert back to the old email alias.
