    Hello, please read this!

    I'm Caleb and probably 5 years ago i tried updating minecraft for xbox 360, I'm not quite sure what I did but it was something about updating the game, and i loaded my favourite world since i was 6 and everything was gone, I couldn't look around and I was stuck in a basic Steve skin. I'm 16 now and after a long time I really want to know if I can fix this, as it was my childhood.

    Please, if there's anything I can do to get my world back, could you please help me?

    Hi

    I may have made a copy of the world but i don’t really think so.

    If I buy a controller for the console and were to make a copy of it while still corrupted, would that work maybe?

    I regret to inform you, but if you didn’t back up the world before it got corrupted, it is not possible to get your world back.

    It is always suggested to regularly back up our worlds.

    1. Make a copy of the corrupted world folder & all files & folders inside, and rename it however you please. ...
    2. Start Minecraft and create a new world, then save and close Minecraft. ...
    3. Go back to Application Data\. ...
    4. Cut the files (but not the folders) from the new saved world folder.

    Error 0x80a4001b Regular Xbox one

    So somehow overnight it fixed itself enough to allow me to resign in with my gamertag and my settings seem to re-synced. However, I tried to pop onto my Minecraft world first and it corrupted the save data of a world. I'm trying to recover it now- but as for the xbox issue, I don't know how, but it's more or less resolved after three system resets and clearing all my accounts which seems to have corrupted save data. I'm worried that it will have corrupted more than a little Minecraft world, will return with an update later.
