How can i recover my account if some one stole it and activated 2fa and changed the password?

Hello again, if you activated 2FA it must have made the change before you activated 2FA.

Since you're the one who activated 2FA, you should protect your account, and make updates to security numbers and emails.

Hello again, when 2FA is not active you can recover your account by filling out the form or contacting support and carrying out a procedure with them, I just find it strange that they do not mention that when 2FA is active it is not possible to recover the account.

I tried doing it and entered everything in. But I got an email saying it didn’t work because the person who stole my account has activated 2FA

hello, my email was @gmail and yesterday I recieved an email from microsoft team saying that a new mail was added to my account, then my cellphone and my email were removed. I used the tool to recover my password and then I changed the password. I also activated the 2fa with my cellphone number in order to avoid the Hacker getting back into my account. Now I just want to put back my normal email in my account and remove the one from the hacker.

Hello again, I understand what you mean, but as I mentioned, if 2FA is active it will not be possible to recover the account.
