How can I recover an old and unused account? URGENT

I have an outlook account just like this email but I forgot all login information.

Please dont tell me that there is no way of recovering it. I see I still have my old number linked to the account so i cant recover it using a text message code. i got through the whole recovery form and i dont know the previous passwords or recent emails sent or the exact subjects because this account hasnt been used for many years. I recently wanted to get back into playing some games that i played on xbox but on PC this time and i have many games and data stored on that account. I dont have the xbox one console anymore so i cant look up my xbox live ID, I need someone that can help me out. I really dont want all of my money that i put into that account to just get lost and forgotten.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this problem, the only alternative or solution to recover access to a Microsoft account is through the verification form. Currently, there is no other method. If for some reason you do not remember the login information and cannot fill out the form correctly, I can tell you that you will not be able to recover it.

Keep in mind that this is a Microsoft public forum where we are players like you who try to help other users with basic problems, that is, we are not Microsoft employees.

Remember that Support cannot help you with this type of case since they are not authorized to recover accounts, leaving the account verification form as the only option.

since you were already in contact via email with someone, it may be best to wait and see if you get another reply back.

If there is no reply in a week then you could try to reach out again to Support and see if they can provide more information.

i got a new mail from the same agent , the replys the exact same thing as the last one " Microsoft disabled access to the account due to a serious violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement".
again my qeustions are not answerd .
what should i do ?
