How do I go about recovering my account with the recovery email? I still know the email and password to the account, it just makes me verify the phone number when I sign in.

I created an xbox account 2 years ago. Currently I have forgotten the email address of this account but still remember the password. At the same time, this account is not linked to any other email or phone number. This account is really important to me and I hope everyone can help.

If you don't remember the email and also didn't link a phone number or Skype account then unless you can find the email you won't be able to recover the account.

Long story short youll need to figure out what email you used and support wont be able to tell you what it is.

If you still have access to Roblox on Xbox it shows the account username that’s linked to your Xbox profile in settings while in game. Username/Email/Phone can be used to sign in for Roblox. If you can’t remember the password a email or phone number is required to reset the password. The Roblox website will have more information on password resetting and account recovery.

I did fill out the form already but I honestly don’t know what question I’m getting wrong. This account was made almost 10 years ago and I can’t remember the password to get into the email attached to the account, and can’t remember the contact phone number. I struggled with addiction for a long time and a lot of my memory is not what it used to be. Those are pretty much the only questions I could be getting wrong. I know the password to get into my Microsoft account but when I tried to change it when all of this was going down I had to change my contact phone number so I could get a verification text but it said it wouldn’t be updated till next month.
