How can i recover access to my minecraft account (lost microsoft account and google account)

That being said, could I know when was the last time you remember using the account?

This question is asked because Microsoft has a policy that states that after 2 continuous years of inactivity, the Microsoft account is deleted automatically.

So, if you didn't use the account in more than 2 years, it's likely deleted now. But, if that's not your case and if the automated system is not accepting the recovery form, I regret to inform you that's not possible to recover the account until it gets accepted.

However, just a heads-up, you can submit the recovery form up to 2 times per day, and in case you didn't try, you can check some suggestions to Microsoft here:

Not only that, but it's important to mention that if you enabled 2-step verification in the past, please be aware that the recovery form will not work and that knowing a gamertag is not enough proof of ownership.

So is my account lost forever? I'm fine if it is but I just want access to Minecraft account again. Is there a way to transfer my Minecraft account to another Microsoft account so I can still use it?

I have to give people bad news, but yes, it is lost forever. And unfortunately, your Minecraft account is actually associated with your Microsoft account. You cannot access it in any other way than using your Microsoft account, so unless the Microsoft account is recovered - which in this case, is impossible - you cannot access Minecraft too.
