How can I recover a hacked Minecraft?

We understand that your Microsoft account that was used to sign to Minecraft was hacked. We could hardly imagine the amount of time and effort you have invested for this account. Let us see how we can help.

Before we go any further, we would like to set your expectations that Microsoft accounts are fully managed and handled by an automated server and we do not have manual access to it because Microsoft really takes your security and privacy very seriously. This means that our support agents here in community forum and advocates can't do more than you can do for yourself with the account recovery form. They do not have the ability to send password reset links or provide other ways to access or change account details.

What we can do is to guide you on how to successfully recover the account. Here are the important information before starting the account recovery process.

1. Make sure to use an alternate email to which you have access to account recovery in order to receive feedback from Microsoft's automated system on the status of the account recovery.
   
2. You can do this up to twice a day. Do this if you find more information or remember something else about your account that will help. You will be asked to provide account information such as date of birth, services you have taken advantage of with Microsoft, recent emails you have sent to your recipients, and also the subject of the email, etc.
   
3. After you submit the form, you'll receive a confirmation email and receive feedback from Microsoft's automated system about the status of your account recovery within 24-48 hours.
   

To start the account recovery process, click on the Help tool to log in. Make sure you select the correct option from the lists and follow the instructions exactly. Will I be able to recover anything that was purchased that was in a hacked account? A minecraft purcahse for example.

If you can recover the hacked account, then yes. Otherwise no since everything is tied to the account that originally purchased it and nothing is transferable between accounts.

It is not possible now and as far as I'm aware, it never was. If there was a possibility of recovering it, I would have already told you in my initial response. I'm sorry John but there is nothing that can be done at this point.
