    How can I record Xbox one party chat?


    I want to record my Xbox party chat when I record my game clips, but I can’t seem to find out how to do that? Can someone please help?

    Next Xbox One Update Discussion! Being able to record game chat & party chat

    Don't you guys think that Microsoft should add a feature where we can record the game chat & party chat in videos on the next Xbox One update? Instead of just recording the gameplay. I record alot of gameplay on my Xbox One, but it kinda upsets me a bit
    that i can record the gameplay, but not the game chat or party chat.

    Xbox one app streaming without party chat

    Whenever I'm in a party on xbox one and start streaming to my pc the party on the xbox drops all sound. 'Then I have to plug my controller into my pc and start the party from the xbox app to hear my friends. But when I do this it also records the party,
    I don't want that. I want to stream games to my pc and record them with OBS without the sound from the party. How do I do this?

    Hey Stormtrooper Deadeye no Xbox Live party chats are not recorded. But when hanging with fellow gamers and making videos you can record your Xbox party chat.

    There is no way currently to record party chat on Xbox.

    There are work-arounds to record party chat and those include but are not limited to: third party recording software, streaming on Twitch or another streaming platform.

    Hello,

    Xbox Clips feature are just record video/audio from current game, without your party voice chat. If you need to record video with party chat you can try to start broadcasting with Twitch (dont forget to record party chat in your broadcast settings), and
    then create clips from your past broadcast.

    hey how did you use your mic in xbox app party chat in the first place? i launched "start a party (beta)" and it shows my mic, but i can't talk or hear anyone in the party chat. and my mic is the default recording device
