    Hi Ethan, unfortunately, the only way to use mods in the game is by installing them inside the game.

    Xbox's consoles don't support mods stored on USB drives or outside a game.

    If you are trying to install the mod on the Xbox, it's not possible to do it with a USB drive. The only way is to download mods from the in game mod store.

    can i get suspended for simply asking to receive multiplayer modifications??

    Multiplayer modofications are mods that can ruin experience for other players.

    You won’t be suspended if you use these modifcations in single player games that supports these (like skyrim, fallout4 and so on). But playing online with a mod is against the rules.
