Hello again, you can try to do a factory reset on the console, and when you put the account on the console, put the account that has Game Pass active, issp will force the console to assume the account as main on the console.

Thanks for the advice. I believe it’s not fixing the issue like I mentioned before because right after I power cycled my Xbox one console, I turned it back on right away to see if it’s resolved, but no it’s still persisting. I should power cycle my Xbox one console first, and wait for at least one or two minutes in order for my Xbox one to fix the bug and clear the cache. If it doesn’t work, I’ll keep replying as soon as I can until I finally resolve the plaguing problem.

Hello again, I understand, but I don't think there is any other way, you've already tried clearing the cache and the console still doesn't recognize your subscription.

When this type of bug happens, it is usually on the system that does not allow the signature to be recognized and to solve it, you would even have to reset the console in one of the two options.

You can try turning off your console, and restarting your modem router to see if the console renews the IP given by your equipment, but that might not work either.
