No there isn't, and even if there was we couldn't tell you. These are not arbitrary rules to be mean to you

I can tell you without local cloud servers, your experience likely wouldn't be a good one

Microsoft can be sued for allowing you to use their services as they have not contracted with the copyright holders to provide them to you.

Your only solution is to move to a supported region

Any attempts to bypass region restrictions can result in account and hardware bans

Can you please try accessing the cloud gaming on the browser if in case you're using the app? Go to https://xbox.com/play.

Also, if you can try to use a different network connection that would be great as well to test it out.

What region are you in ?

Not all gamepass ultimate regions are xcloud region
