How can I match my devices ID with the ID in the server for a game?

This is due to an issue with the MS Store / XBox app not “seeing” your PC.

Start by resetting the Windows store:

Close the Microsoft Store app if currently open.

Press the Win + R keys to open the Run dialog.

Type WSReset.exe into Run, and click/tap on OK.

A command prompt will now open without any message. After about 30 seconds, the command prompt will automatically close, and the Microsoft Store app will open.

After that try to log in again.

If that does not work:

Update Windows

Ultimately, you may have to reset Windows since this issue arose from a hardware change: Reset Windows Options.

We understand that for non-Xbox games, you won't encounter the error. It is weird that you are getting that error knowing that you have not done any change on your hardware parts. Whether you have logged in to your account homepage and checked whether there are multiple devices. After logging in, click the device at the top of the home page, remove the devices you don't need to use, then sign out and sign in to your xbox account and related programs again and check again.
