How can I make my controller stop jumping

I would like to clarify, is this happening with all of your games? Also, is this happening on your home dashboard as well?

So you all go on with the name calling... I'm here for help from whoever can give it.

I've bought my speed wheel, I like the controls and would love it if, and maybe someone can tell me how, I could assign my buttons from the defaults.

I can't even play Hydro Thunder Huricane, when the game boots up, it thinks the speed wheel is a full blown wheel with pedals and therefore my boost and boost jump don't work.

HOW CAN I STOP THIS FROM HAPPINING?

once in a while my newish controller will do it - not jump on the spot though - mine will start walking backwards constantly even switching them. But will stop if I turn it off then reconnect it.

I didn't read the whinge about jumping, So stop jumping! Really though, your cod players can barely jump at all let alone run.
