How can i make multiplayer work on the xbox app

Open the Xbox Console Companion application > Settings > Network

And check if you get any network issues related to teredo, UPnP or Moderate/Strict NAT type.

If you have problems with Teredo, follow the recommendations listed in this link

If you have problems with UPnP or NAT type, ask your ISP to open these ports on your router.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

Thanks for the help! I just updated the controller but that has not helped unfortunately
