    Hello everyone,

    My name is Alex and I`m from Romania, when creating the account for my new X-Box X, Romania Region does not exist in the drop down menu, because of this, I had to choose randomly a region and now I`m having issues with purchases.

    Any advices are greatly appreciated.

    Sorry, but it's true. There's no way to bypass that without violating the terms of service and putting yourself at risk for being banned.

    Since Romania is not a supported region, you won't be able to.

    Thanks for reply, still there has too be a way, I cannot believe that all Romanian players cannot access game pass, games discounts just because of this.

    Why is the "Game Pass" option missing in my PC client?

    If anyone happens across this post, I finally found out what caused this: I noticed that my Windows region was set to another country for some reason (no idea how that happened). Changing it back to my native country fixed it!

    The setting is found under Settings > Time & Language > Region > 'Country or region' drop down menu (at least, that's the click path on Win 10).

    What are the prepaid cards for? Points or gold subscription? Does the region of your account match the region from where you purchased the cards?

    As for the contact information, there should be drop down menus to select what type of problem you're having. Have you selecting those first?
