How can I make a manual refund form instead of the other one?

I tried refunding a game that I played for a bit and it told me that I have not played it and denied my refund request, is there a manual refund form that will let me try to refund it again?

Hello Yessircekazii, unfortunately the refund requests are made by the online form you filled out, if you wish to make another request, ideally, you can wait 72 hours.

You'll need to manually get your order number from https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ to be used on that form.

Have you already tried to request a refund using the refund form I provided above? That refund request will be manually reviewed by the Xbox team. Make sure to describe the issue completely.

Unfortunately, there's no way to transfer the game from your account to the other.

In this case, you may need to request a refund at xbox.com/refunds and if it's not listed yet you may manually request a refund by filling out the refund form here: https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund so you can repurchase the game as a gift.
