    How can I lookup a previous service request?


    I contacted Xbox support via phone a few weeks ago. They were unable to help me with a Minecraft issue and told me to contact Mojang. Mojang won't help me without the SR number from that Xbox interaction but I wasn't given one. I dont see any way to look
    that up on any Microsoft site. What can I do here?

    If yiu hung up before being given one then you wouldnt get one

    Normally you get one

    Sr numbers can only be looked up internally you have to call support to look it up or create a new sr number

    Gamertag Exists already.

    history yes

    but nothing that you can see

    zune profiles are private also gamertag requests are not a on demand service there is no way to request it

    content is tied to gamertags therefore there is no way to simply delete a profile because the previous owner would lose access to previous purchases
