How can I load list of games I installed in a different HDD after Windows reset/refresh?

I have games installed via game pass, which some are expired and some are still available.

How can you load the those games installed previously in a different HDD after windows refresh/reset?

Do you have to reinstall all those games?

If so, what about those games expired in gamepass, I've been meaning to play it later.

What do you mean by Windows reset/refresh? Did you format your HDD and installed Windows again?

you have to redownload them, any games that are removed from gamepass will not run anyway even if you have them still installed.

Add to the list of why's, the fact that even if the newer blu-ray drives could read the data fast enough and load times were decent, compared to the HDD, it would still be much harder on the disc drive to do all the data reading/loading. An HDD is just much
better suited for it.

The system runs quieter, reduced load times... ever had a game disc that was slightly out of balance? Sounds like that whirring vibration is going to shake the console apart sometimes. Imagine how hard that is on the drive and surrounding components.

Installing the game to the HDD is just better over all, better performance, more longevity, less noise... in fact, after the option to install to HDD was added to the 360, I wouldn't play a game until after I installed it.

I am sorry to hear that you still have issues installing Halo Infinite. Besides Halo, can you install the other games available on PC Game Pass? If the recommended solutions I provided did not resolve the problem, you might have to attempt a Windows refresh or even a clean install as the last option. But before you do that, let's try one last thing to avoid having to refresh or clean install.

Get the Xbox Insider Hub app | Xbox Support would you please click on this link and then join the Xbox windows insider group.
Open the insider hub
Join Windows gaming
This will then give you the newest version of the Xbox App
Apply the updates
then attempt to reinstall Halo

How to refresh, reset, or restore your PC (microsoft.com), make sure to choose Refresh your PC to reinstall Windows and keep your personal files and settings. Refresh also keeps the apps that came with your PC and the apps you installed from the Microsoft Store.
