How can i launch any forza game.

You need to go to the application's data folder by pressing WINDOWS key + R and type %appdata% and then enter. After that, go back once and get to the search bar and type "forza", wait and then delete all Forza related folders/files and... you're pretty much done.

I don't believe you confirmed it before, but can you also clarify that this happens with only forza, no other games you launch have issues?

I will be communicating this issue with teams at Xbox to see if we can provide any solutions. In the meantime, please work with Forza Support to ascertain the issue source.

Something you can try, when you launch the game without the network, turn the network back on when you're on the home screen and check in the bototm corner if the game is syncing to your profile.

Are you trying to download the games through the Xbox app on your PC? If so, please try downloading the games from the Microsoft Store app instead. Additionally, confirm that you are on the most updated version of Windows (including all optional updates).

If you are downloading the game from the Microsoft Store and still encountering the issue, please follow the steps below to reset the store.

Reset Windows Store app

• Open Run in Windows 10 by pressing the Windows Key and R on your keyboard at the same time.
  
• After that, type wsreset.exe inside the dialog box and press enter.
  
• This will launch the wsreset.exe application. And as the name says, this app resets the Microsoft Windows Store in Windows 10 fixing any issues related to it. The Windows Store app will reset and open. After reopening, please navigate to the three ellipses on the right (…) and check for updates.
  

If the problem persists, you can reinstall the app via PowerShell. Please take the upmost caution when entering commands into the PowerShell.



Reinstall Microsoft Store via PowerShell

• First, open Windows PowerShell in Windows 10 as an Administrator by pressing Windows Key + X on your keyboard and selecting Windows PowerShell (Admin).
  
• Once you’re inside the Windows PowerShell, type Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”} and press Enter on your keyboard to successfully enter this command.
  
• Windows 10 will reinstall the Microsoft Store app on your Windows 10. Restart your computer and check whether the issue got fixed.

This error (0xc00000fd) usually is caused by an inconsistency in how your system is able to maintain hardware acceleration. It is weird that only Forza is giving this error. But besides reinstalling Forza, you can try to run it without hardware acceleration:

- Launch Steam > Click on the Library tab > Right-click on Forza Horizon > Properties > On the General tab, in the text field below Launch Options, type the following command:

-cefNoGPU -cefNoBlacklist

Then, run the game direct from Steam and see how it goes. If it does not work, please let me know.
