Hello, i'm from Italy (sorry for my english), i have buid the new xbox one s and i have the xbox one with kinect too...

I read in a forum that i can have the adapter to use my kinect with my new xbox one s free... how can i have this free?

I was seen that it's possible to have the USB adapter for kinect if you already have the first xbox one and kinect, that's my case. I have bought a new xbox one s, how can i obtain this adapter?

Hello ErSolidSnake,

You need to register all the devices - old Xbox One, Kinect, and new Xbox One S - at
devicesupport.microsoft.com (you will need the serial numbers of all three) and then speak with phone/chat support about arranging delivery of the adapter.

No problem! To answer your second question, yes the power adapter is compatible for Xbox One S, Xbox One X, and Windows 10 and is the only Kinect adapter available. You can use the adapter to connect a Kinect for Xbox One to an Xbox One S or an Xbox One
X or you can use the adapter to connect either a Kinect for Xbox One or Kinect for Windows v2 to a Windows 10 PC.
