    How can I go about reporting a rude Customer Care agent?


    I had a terrible interaction today, my issue was fixed halfway but I am surely disappointed and upset about the CS agent and I am not letting this go.

    Anyone know who can I contact about this?

    I am also having this issue. Would appear to be a bug. How can we go about reporting this? Quicksaves work fine, however.

    UA going on over 4 months still no resolution

    The lady i spoke with last night was floored by how long i've waited (about 3 months), wonder how she would react with you. This was a rare customer service person that actually seemed to care about her job in customer service. People that care about their
    jobs are a rarety.

    Very rude customer service agent, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 for free on Gold, Can't get it.

    Again, she was very very rude and she shouldn't be working as a customer service agent as she was almost shouting at me and I had to ask her to listen to me repeatedly.

    I actually want to escalate that issue about her behavior with me, so she would be trained about how to speak "with respect" to customers.

    You can report their post as well. Believe me, we don't put up with rude ambassadors so if we miss a rude post by all means report it so it can be taken care of. Thanks.

    I have not been able to play the witcher 3 for hours. I called support, the guy was awful, condescending, rude and had no answers other than "it's the game company's fault, not ours"

    Tried to complain about him, no one cares. Xbox does not care about its customers.

    Hmm yes Xbox One does have the ability to report spammers. But I'm not on the Xbox One.

    -WPAK I see I can report them for text but nothing specific about spammers. Do I just file it under rude threatening and it will go through as spammers as well?
