    The only way to possibly have a suspension lifted is to submit a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com If a case review is not eligible, or the enforcement team uphold their decision, all you can do is wait out the suspension.

    A case review would be the only way to possibly be unsuspended. If the enforcement team upheld their decision, all you can do is wait it out.
