How can I get unbanned and why was I banned?

I already submitted a appeal and it was declined and it doesn’t give me a option for another one

here's how you submit a case review:

Sign in and visit the Enforcement history page.

NoteIf you’re a member of an Xbox family group, an organiser in your family group must sign in to their Microsoft account to review your enforcement details before they can submit a case review on your behalf.

If you’re an organiser of an Xbox family group, you can choose the gamertag of the account that you’re reviewing under Viewing enforcement history for. Under Enforcement history or Active suspensions you may find active enforcements for your account, or one that you've selected.

Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.

After you've completed the form, select Submit.

Banned accounts can’t contact Microsoft like on a phone call or anything and the last times I called them they said they do not have access with suspensions and told me that the only way I can communicate with the enforcement team is through email which I don’t know how to get in contact of the enforcement team
