How can I get un perm banned

I’ve seen you post a reply before that stated 5 suspensions can lead to a permanent ban but I wondered where you got that information, I’ve seen a few posts say you can get permanently banned in the first violation, with no violation or even after ten violations.

The information came from previous information provided by the enforcement team and just history of enforcement issues posted on these forums.

It's not possible to get more than 1 appeal. Support doesn't handle enforcement actions so chatting with an agent wouldn't do anything. As noted here.

A person can appeal it more than once, may have to use support chat and try to get an agent. The account isn’t gonna be gone that easily, as all online services will retain account information for a long time even if the person is banned. It seems more that the enforcement team can feel a certain way at any time, so this person can remove their email, set a new email up, remove any violating content, then try to appeal every few months and see what they get. I disagree with an account just being gone after one failed appeal, I’ve seen otherwise.

Undertandable, and after that case review it’s just gone?

If you had previous suspensions in previous years it still counts

Not all offences require shorter time

Severity affects the length and can mean permanent suspension like account modification etc etc

If the enforcement team overturns their decision, you'll get the account back. If they deny it, then yeah. It's gone.
