How can I get through to talk to a person about an warranty issue on a xbox one x???

I've tried the website but can't make any progress towards communicating with a person! Here's why the "automated" system isn't working for me.

On December 27, 2019 I purchased a xbox one x from AFEES.com as a Christmas present. When I received it we set it up and all was fine. On March 21, 2020 the unit started rebooting while in operation then went into E102 errors. I've attempted all of the
reset options made available on the screen. When I entered the unit serial number on the Microsoft website to register it, it indicated that my unit was out of warranty despite the fact I have had the unit under 100 days. The label on the unit says it was
manufactured on 22-Jan-2018 and the serial number is 028357180317.

So it seems a bit unfair that I have a game less than 100 days, it stops working and the 1 year warranty does not cover this unit. Is there anyway that the warranty can be applied based on the purchase date and not the date of manufacture?

Have you registered the console on your devices tab under
account.microsoft.com?

The console warranty is activated when the console was first used and not the manufacture date. If it's still under warranty you can set up a repair on the device page.

*I am unfamiliar with the retailer you purchased the console from but I assume it was unopened? Also it might be harder to get a hold of someone due the pandemic and decreased staff that is affecting most places.

I did but when I log on it says "We don't see any devices for you". I reentered the serial number, it acknowledges that by saying "your device has been added", still nothing.

I did all of that, but it says the warranty for the controller expired on the 10th of April, so can I still get a warranty on the controller or no? Because it's concerning how this issue is still occurring but no one talks about it.

Going through the same issue with my One X right not, ridiculous that I can't get a number to talk to an actual person, forums and online chat not working to resolve issue

It's so frustrating that when talking to Microsoft Support about the warranty they can't assure you that it will get fixed or replace it for the same model and since its a limited edition, the risk of sending it and getting back a normal Xbox Series X is disappointing and a risk no one should take
