Discus and support How can I get them back???? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; What happened to most of the jigsaws that I downloaded?     Modder and how can I get them offline forever

    If you haven't already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    theirs a modder by the name of [Mod Removed]and he was modding on a game that I was playing then he starts saying kys and all that he boots me off of my game and he was saying if he does get ban he can unban himself is there a way I can
    get his account banned and get his Xbox to not work so he doesn't have to mod anymore because I believe he is modding off of everything even Xbox live so is their any way I can get this scum of off xbox

    How to get them back

    Hey there!

    Nice to meet you! My name is Christian, an independent advisor. I'm here to help you out.

    First, you must check if the coins you purchased appear in your order history. Use this link.

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

    Make sure to check with all your accounts if there is a possibility that the coins were purchased with another account.

    If the content shows as purchased on the correct account then try removing and re-adding your profile back to your console.

    Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

    Select Profile & System> Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

    Choose the profile that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

    Restart your console then proceed to add your account back.

    Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

    Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.

    Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

    Important Make sure that you do not select Get a new account unless you want to create a new Microsoft account.

    Enter the password for your Microsoft account, and then select Enter.

    Review the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

    Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In, security & PIN preferences to finish adding your profile to the console.
