How can I get the Polo GTI?

Hey guys,

so here is my problem: I want to get the Polo GTI, however if I try to install it from here http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-GB/P...Polo-GTI/dad5ea44-a835-4f83-ba5d-cb46cfa9cef4 I get this message: This offer is not valid in your
region.

Now, it seems that they didn't made this free offer available to Romania (from where I am), so I created a new profile and set the location to UK, but then I get a message to add a payment option. I tried to add my credit card, but because it wasn't issued
in the UK it's rejected.

Any idea how can I get the Polo GTI? I must say, the Polo GTI was the reason why I bought the game, and there was no mention anywhere that it wasn't available in my region. Also, why does Microsoft bother to sell the console and the games here if they don't
offer any support?

The day I think deathstreaks are a good idea is the day when Football gives the losers a 5th down, gives the loser 500extra dollars for passing GO in monopoly, and let the loser open their eyes during marco polo.

Marco-Polo....easier to read and sounds more appealing IMO
