    Finally got update working and not can't connect to XBL!?!?

    Another update.

    I can get to the new dashboard by loading my current game (MW3) It joins XBL for me and then when I hit the guide button I can go to XB home and there is the new dashboard. If I turn off the console its says there is an error with XBL and that its is unavailable
    at this time. Again if I go to MW3 and then go out again it works!

    How do I get around this????????????
