    how can i get the item that i was redeeming for?


    I try to redeem my redeem code from Minecraft on tiktok, and when i was redeeming it suddenly it says "failed to redeem" but in tiktok it says i already redeem it, but when i go to my Minecraft game i couldn't find the item that i was redeeming for.

    If they decline the refund, reply to the email you received to contact the refund specialists. If they still don't refund it, then you can try going through Paypal.

    https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us they should help there be able to see on your account that you redeemed it and see whats gone on

    as the purchaser you would also need to think about if it was a in game-purchase or if you bought it from the Microsoft store. Otherwise chucky23456789 would
