HOW CAN I GET SUPPORT????? WRONG EMAIL

I always receive emails about missed payments for an Xbox user BUT I DONT OWN AN XBOX, I have been receiving these emails for years and I don’t want them anymore!

Does this Microsoft/Xbox account belong to you, or did you have an active subscription with your card on any other account?

Support does not use email. You would need to request a call back or chat with them at http://spport.xbox.com/contact-us

Note: When you enter the page you must select the Contact Us button then enter the problem you are presenting, you will be redirected to a live chat with a support agent. In some cases an automatic bot will appear but you must keep trying until you speak to a real person.

From what I understand, they cannot help with questions regarding recovering accounts, however you can contact them and they will be happy to guide you towards a solution.

Other under Account Management, you'll be offered the option to receive a call from Xbox Support.
