    Since Monday I have had an issue playing my xbox 1 world of tanks. I received an error code e 105 and the support team said its a start up issue. Have worked unsuccessfully with support three times promised a number of callbacks but nothing has happened.
    I do not want to have to pay for something that I think can be resolved online. The first tech told me that they received a message of a download problem on Monday and it was not just me having this problem. I am an older man who just wants to play the
    game and not have to solve problems with my machine. This is the first time I have gone onto a forum for help. Hope someone can alert me to other steps besides cancelling my yearly subscription plus a refund for the time lost. Thanks in advance, JOHN

    Could I know if doing a factory reset via the Xbox startup app helped, or how did you manage to solve the issue?

    I already reset my Xbox, NAT is open and not seeing how a MAC address change can solve performance issues. Can you help me understand?

    I was really looking to get a different type of support here. This is a known issue reported multiple times on this forum and in other forums as well, affecting user and gaming experience. Xbox should look at this as a product bug and work to definitely solve it. It's highly frustrating. I've also went through the troubleshooting networking link and none of the suggestions helped me. And no, I cannot connect using a cable, because if that was possible I would avoid the pain of searching for a solution for this.

    I bought game and it doesn't allowed me to install

    1. yes my order history show / reflect in my account.

    2. already tried this Troubleshoot | Xbox Support, but the issue still remain. like the 3 images I attached.

    3. my last solution is to refund. If only there's a quick chat support that can help me to resolve this issue, I would appreciated and keep the game.

    Icons missing and download speed slow

    My router doesn't have that option. I have exhausted all options now to the point xbox support dont even know how to solve the issue and has said i need a repair or replace....

    The most odd thing about this issue i have is that the Xbox seems to work ok but the icons dont show up and the internet speed is irregular which gives me lag.

    Im gonna just get a new 1 i think, not worth all this hassle...
