How can I get started creating and selling my own Xbox Avatar clothing?

First, you have to create a Developer Account:

1. Go to the registration page and click Sign up.
2. If you're not already signed in with a Microsoft account, sign in now, or create a new Microsoft account. The Microsoft account you use here will be what you use to sign in to your developer account.
3. Select the country/region in which you live, or where your business is located.
   You won't be able to change this later.
4. Select your developer account type (individual or company). You won't be able to change this later, so be sure to choose
   the right type of account.
5. Enter the publisher display name that you wish to use (50 characters or fewer). Select this carefully, as customers will see this name when browsing and will come to know your apps by this name. For company accounts, be sure to use your organization's
   registered business name or trade name. Note that if you enter a name that someone else has already selected, or if it appears that someone else has the rights to use that name, we will not allow you to use that name.

This game desperately needs its own Avatar Clothing collection.

apps or tools Like the Avatar editor aka Customize Avatar in Xbox one has lost My Previous imported data from the Xbox 360 Internet Explorer I lost My Favorites and New favorites won’t Save the Avatar tool won’t show My previous clothing props etc

Skype can't find My Microsoft ID when signing in under Microsoft account.

It’s a Mess and Support 4 hours on hold to bad there wasn’t away to start My own ticket at My end so it would go right to the repair team or how ever that works

I love your idea of having a character creation tool. They could have one free character design for everyone then any updates to the design, clothing/skin etc can be charged with its own avatar store. I don’t think people would create questionable designs
as any content has to be designed and programmed by Epic.

Can you change your gamer pic in your profile on a web browser?

I don't see a way to do that on xbox.com , under profile or otherwise.

I can change the pic on xbox app, but as stated I don't have access to the pic as it was from xbox 360's avatar system, and the avatar system on xbox one can't re-create it. I tried when I replaced the dog image after like a week of it staying that way, it
looks nothing like my original avatar and I'm even missing clothes I used on my avatar on xbox 360.
