How can i get someone banned for hateful speech and toxic behavior?

I was playing Rainbow Six Siege when this player teamkilled me because i unconsciously stoled his kills, i teamkilled him once and told him that we were even. He's friend teamkilled me as well, after that he started saying hateful things like
I'm garbage . I did replied with " okay " but he continued harrasing me in game, following me and causing my character health to decrease, they downed and tried to humiliate me by " **** " me until they let me die. I have proof of such actions.

you can see if you can apply for a case review on enforcement.xbox.com . Remember that even if someone is being toxic if you answer back you might as well get reported and banned.

Can I get someone banned?

I know Microsoft does go through all of the complaints and I do know of a few users that have gotten banned, but I would imagine that they have so many to go through that it will probably take a little bit of time to get to it.

You would just need to file a complaint on him via the console and the enforcement team will investigate them. You can find instructions on how to do so here.

Simple OJ

Anything that is showing a toxic behavior is considered offensive behavior. Making jokes about someone or a country can be considered offensive to them but not to you.

Being nice and not toxic translates into happiness wherever. If it's being on XBOX or out IRL, being friendly to one another promotes a better day for everyone involved. Too many times I have seen in game play, toxic people leaving hateful messages as
a result of recent gameplay, it just simply amazes me. First off, being hateful to someone because of a game is sad. You never know if that person that you're being toxic is a kid or an adult. Foul language within XBOX will get you banned and if your leaving
foul voice messages, that will get you banned as well. Just no reason for toxicity. Remember, it just a game and not real life but what your say to someone could be harmful!

Probably you were banned due to toxic behavior, If you do not agree with that you can try to appeal.
