How can I get refund from Xbox purchase?

Hello, my dad had company over last night and I let a kid play on my XBOX. For a couple hours he was playing games normally but after everyone left I checked my emails and I have received a Microsoft recipe for $83 to buy Madden 16. I usually leave my card
on the xbox so I don't have to punch it in every time, I think that the kid got bored of Forza and PvZ so he thought that the games purchasing page was my library. I really don't want this game and I need that $80 like really bad. Im only 16 so thats a lot
of money to me. If I would get the game deleted from my account and get a refund that would be amazing.

Sorry to hear it. You should contact phone support to see if this can be done. However, if the game was played for a length of time and achievements were earned on the purchasing gamertag for it then you may not be able to get that money back.

I would also like to suggest that, if you cannot get a refund from phone support you or your dad approach his friend and explain what happened. Hopefully your dads friend will understand and repay the money that was taken from your account.

i'm sorry to hear this but to my understanding there is no refunds on digital games, you stuck with the game but now that you got it you might as well play it & try to like it
