How can I get my passcode unlocked even when I put in the right password?

If you've forgotten your PIN and can't access restricted console features, follow these steps:

1. When you're prompted to enter your PIN on the console, enter any 6-digit combination three times.
2. Enter your Microsoft account password when prompted.
3. Select Make a new PIN.
4. Enter a new PIN, and then enter it again to confirm.

following support has brought me here, no phone number is listed anywhere, how can I get this passcode and password removed?

I can’t login to an account on my console. I know the 6 digit password, but when I enter the microsoft password it doesn’t say if it’s right or wrong. It loads for a second then closes the screen and doesn’t login.

Sorry to hear it. It sounds like you have a parent code on your account. If you've forgotten the passcode for the console then you'll need to have the person who set it enter the wrong passcode 3 times. After that they'll be required to enter their password
to get on the console and change the code

It's been a while I have been using the account, I know the passcode, and I only have to reset the password to put it on my email

i recovered my account but it still askes for a passcode

when i put in the original passcode it says it's wrong
