    How can i get my older Acount back?


    I uninstalled GData, becaus GData blocked my connection to the Multiplayer. Then I istalled Avira and I can play the multiplayer,

    but it asked me something, wich Account I want the newer from the 23.6.17 or the older from the 23.6.17. I taked the newer and now all my progress is gone. Can you help me please.

    basicly my dad is paying 6 pond a month for my old acount that i got band on 3 months ago so he has payed 15 pond for no reason can i get this subscription cancelled and the 3 months on my new acount

    Allright it worked via my other acount but now I want to use it in my new account. But I can't...or at least I don't know how... So I downloaded it on my new old acount onto the HDD but is there a way I can use it or download it with my new account.

    This appears to be a deleted account situation.

    If your account was hacked, the person who did it must have deleted your account or changed the primary e-mail alias, clearing it for use on new accounts.

    Sadly, without access to verification methods or if it was deleted, it's impossible to recover it.

    You have two options.

    Or you can change the name of your acount (but that cost 800 ms points...).

    Or you lose all you aquired in older acount and create a new one, but to delete a acount it´s a little complicade...

    First go to your acount, and go to acount management

    Go to acount management Xbox, xbox cancelation (and chose i want call a xobx suport manager, yeh you have to wait, they removed the direct toll to do that, explainyour case and i hope they will solve).
