How can I get my old username back?

My game Skate 3 does not work anymore. I think it was because I had changed my username from Galaxybro360626 to . When I had done that my Skate 3 every single time I wanted to play it said disconnected from Xbox Live and I had to play with no account on Skate 3. I have two questions. How can I get my old username back on my Xbox One and Why does not my Skate 3 work with my account anymore if I am using the same account?

Hello JustJake4908, answering the first question, it is not possible to recover the old Xbox Gamertag after it has been exchanged for another one.

In the matter of your account not working, try to contact the developer of Skate 3 there may have been a problem in the link between your Xbox account and Skate.

Can you be more specific? Do you mean your Gamertag or are you referring to your whole account?

Sorry to hear, but what's done is done. There is no way to go back to the old system once changed at this point. My best suggestion is to change it to a similar name like "Snoopy Jam" if you want to at least stay within the ball park of your old name or
take advantage of this time to start new. Either way, you will probably be charged for another name change since your sibling used the free name change.

once changed there is no way back to a gamertag with more than 12 characters. support will not be able to change this back either.
