You would have to contact Phone Support about that. They may be able to look into the account and resolve the issue, otherwise you might be able to work out a resolution with Billing.

I had the same issue on games I wanted to get money on since MS did not warn us that some would be useless on WP8 when upgrading. They told me to call my phone carrier. Then phone carrier told me to take it up with Microsoft

I have spent quite a bit of money on tv shows and as of today i can no longer watch purchased content. Get code 0xc101ab66. If this doesnt get fixed or im unable to get a refund there will be problems

Same issue. On PC and XBOX One. Microsoft are presenting the 0xc101ab66 code, so they should publish how to fix it. Disgraceful. I will be contactling my bank on monday morning and charging back the full value of every purchased movie in the past twelve month.
