    How can i get my minecraft account returned


    A while back my Minecraft account was hacked and sold off a Russian website. The email and password was changed. I emailed minecraft and they told me to go to Microsoft because they couldnt do anything but then Microsoft told me they couldnt do anything either so to go back to Minecraft support. That went on 2-3 more times. Then I gave up and I dont know how else to get it back

    I understand, but unfortunately here in the community we are independent consultants and don't have access to the tools and resources that support has.

    I filled out a recovery form and I was in a call with one of the people for about a hour. They changed my email and password so when I used my email to login to Microsoft, it created a new account.

    Hello Anthony, first I'm sorry about what happened to your account, second you mention that you contacted Xbox support, did you request the account recovery procedure, or did you already try to fill out the account recovery form?

    But they say they cant help because I dont need help logging into a Microsoft account. Its the fact they changed the email and password so I need them to recover that account and change it back to the original. If i contact support again they usually cant help
