How can i get my Minecraft Account back ?

Hello,

Since June 4, 2023, I noticed that my account needed to be verified due to unusual activity.

For context, the account is only used for a Minecraft account that was migrated from Mojang to Micosoft.

So I followed the steps to recover my account.

1 - I use the emergency email: It's an email in @free.fr, I never received an email containing the security code. However, I do receive other emails from Microsoft, however those containing the security code are absent.

2 - I can't use a phone number because when migrating Mojang account to Microsoft, no number was provided.

3 - So I try the last option available to me: The recovery form. I must therefore complete the information of my account and send the form. Microsoft's response to each send of this form (about 20 times): "Unfortunately, the information you have provided is not sufficient for you to recover your account. Please try to re-fill the form."

After all these failures, I decided to contact Microsoft support via X (Twitter). After having had many "Technicians", their response was: "Please fill out the form again."

So I come here after several months of waiting and trying to hope to find a solution and that I can finally play Minecraft.

i dont know the email because the person stole it and changed it so i dont have the e mail and the recover form i tryed but it didnt work

I just got the answer of Minecraft Support.

This is what they say :

"I understand that you no longer have access to your Microsoft account.

If you have migrated to a Microsoft account that you no longer have access to, we will not be able to assist with a transfer to another account. Once a purchase is linked to a Microsoft account, we cannot reverse this action.

For further assistance with your account settings, you can contact Microsoft Customer Support directly and they will be happy to assist you. Please specify that you need help with your Microsoft account and not your Minecraft account as this can cause confusion and the representative will redirect you to our support team.

Please note that if the Microsoft account associated with your copy has been closed, deleted, or locked in any way, you will not be able to continue playing the game. If you have any questions regarding how closing a Microsoft account affects your game licenses Microsoft account and the services that use the account to sign in, please read Microsoft's FAQ on How to close your Microsoft account"

So i don"t know what to do right now.
During this time, I asked myself the question: “What if I had been hacked?”

If there is no solution, is it possible to change your Microsoft account to another? If proof of game purchase is needed, I can provide it.
