How can I get my login screen back?

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with your console.

Would you mind giving this a try?

• Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
• Unplug all external storage units from your console.
• Unplug the console's power cord for 5 minutes.
• Plug everything back together, turn your console on, and check if the issues persist.

If that doesn't work, I'd suggest performing a soft factory reset through the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. Like this:

• Turn your console off and unplug it for 30 seconds.
• Plug your console back into the outlet.
• While the console is off, press and hold the BIND and EJECT buttons.
• Without letting go of them, press the power button once (do not hold).
• Continue holding BIND and EJECT for 15 seconds or until you hear a second boot-up tone.

If the Troubleshooter comes up, select "Reset this Xbox" followed by "Keep games and apps". Just keep in mind you will need an internet connection and your account details (for each account) to sign in again.

Important:

* The BIND button is the one used to link controllers to your console and the EJECT button is the one used to eject disc games.

** If you have an Xbox One S All Digital Edition, you'll need to hold the BIND button only, as your console doesn't have an eject button.

*** Resetting your console to its factory defaults erases all accounts, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. Anything not synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. If your console has been constantly connected to the internet and Xbox Live services, your saved data should be backed up on the cloud.

Both NZ and US wont let me login(Site and link). Unfortunately the website gets sent back to the main screen that I started with, so there are no error messages or login screens.

Also it might be easier if i send a screen recording of me trying to login? Is there a way I can get this to you?

My forza shows the login screen than comes back to login screen, when I press enter again it briefly shows a login screen and comes back to the title screen again... a infinite loop is set and I cant even test

I have the same issue with my series x with a white screen at my account login. I've tried resetting my console (twice), but the issue remains. I will get logged in with the Xbox app for the initial login after resetting, but subsequent logins are back to a white screen. Is there any other way to fix this issue than a soft reset?

yeah i just signed out by mistake. Now i cant sign back in. when i sign in its giving me . but this isnt my original login. i need to login as maxpumper. how can i get back to that?
