How can I get my hacked/stolen account back?

Hi

My personal email has been hacked and this account I am using right now is my school Microsoft account. The hacker has changed the recovery details so that I can no longer change my password or login. I have spent hours trying to find a solution on the Microsoft help pages filled in all the forms for recovery and am still not able to get into my account. The last communication I got from Microsoft is that the account is now locked due to too many incorrect passwords. It seems that no one at Microsoft help is available to speak over the phone. Every number I have tried has ended with help is now online to make it easier for you. It is in no way easier in fact it is more stressful as I am just going round in circles and getting know where. Any help here would be much appreciated. I am submitting this from another Microsoft account as Microsoft help is only available if you login to your account which is not helpful if you cannot log into your account. The hacker also changed the name of the @gmail. but I managed to find out to what they changed it into and I of course remember the original if that would be any help. I also had my phone number connected to the account, but the hacker has possibly erased/changed it. My problem mainly is because now I have lost my Minecraft account and also Xbox since I played Forza Horizon 4.

In these cases, you must act quick to recover the account before it's too late. Unfortunately, since the account's email has already been changed, I'm afraid it will not be possible to recover your account. I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this. I tried doing it and entered everything in. But I got an email saying it didn’t work because the person who stole my account has activated 2FA

I have the persons email and everything that it is now and what they used to hack into it I have all of the emails and they gotten in when I was asleep
