    Hi, if you have correctly complete the purchase for the offer you will receive an e-mail on your account with the ea access code. If you don't receive it in few days I suggest to contact the support since some people is reporting issue with this offers.

    it was free
    I'm aware Dante's Inferno is available in the EA Access vault but I don't have a subscription. It's a Games with Gold this month and that's how I'm trying to get it but it isn't available for free for some reason.

    I’ve signed up for ultimate game pass and it won’t let me play any EA Access games even though it says it’s included. Keeps saying I have to subscribe for 499 a month.

    Ea access is not included. You must activate it first. I believe that you can get one month free. Search under the game pass section. You should be able to see a tile with discord, ea access, and Spotify redemption.
