How can i get my email back. I now my xbox gamertag and my passwort

I made a bick mistake yesterday and reseted my xbox one.

I tryed like everything to find out how i get to now my email for my accound but i did not.

My gamertag is: TheKulturu and i have games worth 200€ (im from germany9

please can somebody help me?

Seit einer Woche kann ich mich mit der XBox nicht auf meinem Live-Account anmelden. Es kommt immer die Sicherheitsüberprüfung - ich gebe E-Mailadresse u. Passwort ein - dann geht's nicht mehr weiter: Fehlercode 80048821 - Mail oder Passwort stimmen angeblich
nicht. Aber: Email und Passwort stimmen. Habe auch das Passwort schon geändert - hilft auch nichts. Vom PC kann ich allerdings problemlos mit den selben Eingaben auf mein Konto zugreifen.
