How can I get my ea account back when they don't want to help

So the lovely crooks at EA think it's OK to just lock people out of their accounts. Then when you need to recover it there is no one to help you I don't like computers. And I have to use one to do this. But as I told EA. I made this account almost 20 years ago and I don't have the email anymore and I don't remember the password or the phone number and yet they want me to log in before they help. So if I can't log in how can I get help because morons at EA are to lazy to answer a phone and help computer illiterate people out with this kind of stuff. Then. Thales want the information to the best of your knowledgeand when you give it to them they call you a liar. So what can I really do to get my account back that they won't let me or try to help me get back?

I recovered my account on my uncles xbox and when I recovered it back on mine I can't connect to EA!! Iv been playing sims n it doesn't connect and NOW I just downloaded the battle field 3 beta and I can't play bcoz it doesn't connect to EA!! Is there away
of changing my EA account to a different one because iv just made a new one n I don't know how to make that ma new one to sign into when I play sims or any other EA games ... HELP!!

I have checked the link and the only thing linked to it is my Steam account nothing else. When I try to install a game Through the Xbox app I just get "something went wrong to continue linking your EA Account, head back and start over" And when i try to link it on the EA website I just get "connect_error_social_login_failure" and it tells me to reset the password But changing the password doesn't do anything and I just get the same message again. When i go my account in the settings from the XBOX app and click manage for EA nothing at all happens. I'm thinking that it is an EA problem but they don't want to admit to it. I don't know what to do anymore or who to talk to about this. I'm sorry for being such a bother. I'm just really confused about it all.

Hi Yeenoiz. My name is Kyle and I'm an independent advisor.

The account connection is created on EA's side, therefore it can only be unlinked from EA's side.

When signing in to the EA website, choose to login with your Xbox profile. This should allow you to access the linked EA account.
