    My Microsoft account appears to have been compromised and I no longer have access to it. The original email associated with the account was: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

    When I try to recover the account using the recovery form, it tells me that this Microsoft account does not exist. However, I was using the account normally until recently, and it was linked to my Minecraft profile.

    Additionally, when I tried logging into the Minecraft Launcher, I noticed an unfamiliar email address: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, which strongly suggests that someone has changed the email linked to my account.

    I kindly ask that you urgently investigate this issue, as I believe my account has been stolen and my personal information misused. I am ready to verify my identity and provide any additional information required.

    Glooko, I am very sorry about what happened with your account and I completely understand your frustration, I'm afraid that Microsoft Account support and Customer Service are only indicating that the only procedure or way for a user to recover an account is by following the methods indicated in the link below.

    Outside of that procedure, unfortunately, there is no additional way as no agent can provide information in this regard.

    My account was hacked into and had the email changed

    This sucks so much as i can prove the accoutn belonged to me but unless i jumped though 1million more hurdles or possilbly hae a meeting i will never get my accoutn back even though its clearly mines. Microsoft doesnt care.
