how can i get my account un locked when nothing works

So far none of the reps via chat actually help like they say they will, microsofts system has my account on lock down so that i cant receive any codes to reset the password and has changed my log in email to something that can send an email but not receive anything and shows as doesn't exist . form after form filled out and attempt after attempt to get the re set code that never comes and all anyone does is go around and around about doing the steps that SHOULD work but DON'T. They file escalation tickets and all i get back is either whoever they send it to says that nothing can be done to get the code sent to a working phone number ,or just again goes in circles about the form and procedures that WONT ever work .When the system locked me out of my own account my current updated info was wiped out by it and system put back on my account the phone from when i bought the console new in 2006 that's 18 years old and no longer mine . I cant even have the code sent to my recovery email as their system has me blocked from receiving the code since it shows up cross linked to some sort of outlook email that doesn't exist . narrow minded Microsoft didn't program the system for anything other than a-typical scenarios and situations and then it locks someone out of their own account and switches up updated info for outdated information to farther block the account and no one higher up gives a **** and doesn't want to correct the issue that THEIR system created to begin with. No one with the attention span of an earth worm can understand that the "typical" re set procedures wont and cant work to re set anything and just go around and around about the form and procedure to re set the pw and cant comprehend anything other than doing that . the system rejects my verification form ,again because it's not an a-typical situation as i only used the log in for my free xbox live account and console log in and never sent or received any emails and have no one on any contact list so it says not enough info to prove its me and my own account . **** microsoft , not EVERYTHING is a-typical and fits that narrow parameter you have set.
