How can I get Mass Effect from XBox 360 to XBox One with Russian language?

Yesterday I've bought MASS EFFECT (backward from XBox360) game at XBox One store. So, i'am from Russia, so I'am using RU ver of console and all games, that I bought in Store before - was with Russian language. But MASS EFFECT is totally in English. All voices,
all texts are at English. Yes, of course, I'am know English a little bit, but I have some discomfort when playing even without russian subtitles.

I know, there was Russian version of MASS EFFECT, for example, video with RU version of game:

How can I have Russian version of this game? Or can I have money back and delete it from my library?

Support of Russian

Good afternoon!

1) I bought in MS Store on xbox 360 in 2017 the game Fable 2, in the description Russian has been specified. I have decided to play her already on Xbox one s in 2018 and I have found out that there is no Russian. At all forums people also confirm that the Russian
postscoring was. Vozmozhnoli to get support of Russian in this game? Hotyaa subtitlings.

2) Also, it would be desirable to get support of Russian (hotyaba subtitlings) in the game Mass Effect (the first part). Whether it is possible?

Mass effect on Xbox one

Hello,

We recently bought the Xbox One (first Xbox we have), and a friend recommended to play Mass Effect, an older game from the Xbox 360. From what I understand, there is a backwards compatibility with the Xbox One, so it should be possible to buy, install and
play the game on the Xbox One. However, in the store I can find 'Mass effect', but where normally the price is mentioned, I get 'Alleen bundel' (the store is in Dutch, I guess it would read 'Only package' in English). When I try that, I get a black screen
with 'Bundels met Mass Effect - Er is niets gevonden' (which would be 'Packages with Mass Effect - Nothing found' in English).

Is this a bug? Or do I misunderstand and is it simply not possible to buy Mass Effect on Xbox one?

Mass Effect only supports English and Spanish for language options. You may find the information pertaining language options

here. As for the link you posted, that is a PC variation of the game, which could result in more language options and game modifications to allow users other settings. If you still wish to cancel, you will need to contact Xbox Support at support.xbox.com/contact-us for
issues with Purchases, Payments, and Billing.

that Russian is what the game does not go on the Xbox 360,can check can the patch came out that demolished the Russian language,I have the first launch of the game was updated can this Russian was gone? but Russians say that
this patch is installed on the Xbox 360 and I can not remove it,it's a shame I was going to play in Russian in this game and then such a trouble,can you check whether the patch for this game that removed the Russian language from the disk version(I know how

Hello. I have a similar problem. I Bought the game in xbox Live through my xbox 360. In the description of the game no language is specified, but the description is entirely in Russian. After that i found news on forum in internet
that Russian language added in the digital version on xbox live, but as i can see, the data is not confirmed. Finally add the Russian version or provide other solutions to the problem! Waiting for an answer, thank you.

Hi, the issue is to do with the game itself. On the Xbox 360, the game always saved the last save to the xbox 360's cache, and if you emptied the cache the save would also get deleted. I'm assuming that Mass Effect has done something similar on the Xbox
One. Your only option is to play the game again on the xbox 360 from the save you have, then finish the game, Mass Effect should then save again at the end of the game, and you should be able to import it to Mass Effect 2.
