How can i get black ops 2 running again for my Xbox One?

I own black ops 2 on disc and i'm trying to use it on Xbox One but the game wont even download at all, it wont even show that its in my console, i have played the game before with the same Xbox but it has made me delete and install it back to back numerous of times, what do i have to do for it to work again?

But they sure locked it again like its dumb having only 2 achivement showing on my acc in black ops 2 when playing it. you guys just lost a gamer here cause u made a mistake by letting my acc get 2 black ops 2 achivements.why let a gamer get 2 achivements
again n lock it so i cant get more this is why ms is unfair for their mistakes.

this is what i do i put in black ops 2 it make growling sound says play game on disk so i start game and as soon as it starts it says disk is unreadable... but it doesnt seem to be xbox or disk the disk runs perfectly on my brothers xbox but then my xbox
play every game perfectly but black ops 2
